Monday

8:30 p.m.: Damages of $600 were reportedly done to a steel door, a window and a safe at a residence and garage in the 16700 block of North Reservoir Road near Rathdrum. A white 1999 Dodge Caravan, a Bose stereo, Makita table saw and a tool box containing hand tools with a total value of about $5,000 were reported stolen from the home.

Elisha J. Vivian, 27, Coeur d'Alene: Two years determinate penitentiary time and five years indeterminate time for aggravated battery and possession of a controlled substance.

Sarah L. Lindsay, 29, Rathdrum: 180 days in jail with 90 days suspended and credit for time served, $500 in fines and two years probation for two counts of battery.

Judge William Hamlett

Douglas A. Pomerinke, 41, Coeur d'Alene: 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended and one year probation for inattentive driving.

Christopher G. Carver, 36, Coeur d'Alene: 19 days in jail with credit for time served for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use and solicitation without a permit.
