Menard, a sophomore from Lake City High, is the starting center for the Rams, who lost 34-7 to Mt. San Antonio College last Saturday in the California Community College Athletic Association championship game in Walnut, Calif. Mt. SAC (13-0) also claimed their second straight unofficial national title after entering the game ranked No. 1 in the JCGridwire.com national rankings. City College of San Francisco (11-1) was ranked second. In two years at CCSF, Menard's team lost just two games.
