LEVY: Schools must make do

| December 12, 2010 9:00 PM

Wow, here we go again. The country is broke, people have no income, and the complacency is obvious from these school boards who think that we will sit still and allow them to raise our taxes to fund more of these items needed to pay for growth in the district.

Make do like the rest of us. No excuses.

Cut benefits, direct employees to work harder, be more efficient and cut teacher wages like the private sector has been forced to do to survive. Enforce a stronger work ethic, eliminate tenure and allow for the advancement of those who work harder than the other guy or girl.

Vote NO on any property tax increase. It doesn't matter if you agree or not until you get your new tax bill. VOTE NO ON SCHOOL BONDS.
