KENNEDY: Council made bad decision

I cannot believe that Mike Kennedy expected the citizens of Coeur d'Alene to pay for his lawyer fees for HIS election. He could have represented himself in this lawsuit. He is a big boy and knows how to defend himself.

No one on the City Council should be able to use a private lawyer for a case when the Prosecutors office could defend him for his action as a City Council member. The council's decision to pay his legal fees is a travesty for the taxpayers in these economic times.
