Monday

4:40 p.m.: A fuel tank containing airplane fuel with a total value of $1,100 was reported stolen from outside a residence in the 1300 block of West Silver Beach Road near Coeur d'Alene.

Tuesday

10:53 a.m.: A General Electric water heater and a Goodman Furnace with a total value of $1,800 were reported stolen from a residence under construction in the 11100 block of North Maple Street in Hayden.

Isaac J. Angel, 32, Coeur d'Alene: Three years determinate penitentiary time and seven years indeterminate time with credit for time served, retained jurisdiction and $675.50 in fines for failure to register as a sex offender and probation violation.

Ryan W. Caudill, 19, Hayden: 30 days in jail and $200 in fines for invalid driver's license.

Jesus F. Moore, 30, Bremerton, Wash.: 180 days in jail with 165 days suspended, work release, $1,750 in fines and two years probation for reckless driving and failure to notify of a damage accident.

Michael A. Carreon, 20, Coeur d'Alene: 113 days in jail with credit for time served and $100 in fines for battery.
