Poll: City shouldn't pay Kennedy's freight

Last night the Coeur d’Alene City Council agreed to pay Councilman Mike Kennedy’s legal bills in the city election challenge. That’s not what the vast majority of respondents in the most recent cdapress.com poll wanted.

Asked, “Should Coeur d’Alene pay Mike Kennedy’s $105,000 legal bill?”:

• 207 voters said “Yes”

• 1,067 said “No”

• 56 said “Don’t know”
