KENNEDY: Chose to hire lawyers

Mr. Tom Hearn delivered the biggest snow job of the season in My Turn Nov. 27.

Mr. Kennedy was not required to hire any attorneys in defense of the City Election run by the county. The 900-plus iterations of Absentee Ballots are still in limbo.

As for the city covering Mr. Kennedy's expenses; no doubt the city will plead poverty and ask the LCDC to cough up the money. (tongue in cheek)

Fortunately, the last words are yet to be spoken on the outcome of the past election and how future elections will be administered.
