Power restored to KEC customers in Post Falls

About 2,000 Kootenai Electric Cooperative members in Post Falls had a power outage late Sunday night and early this morning.

Equipment failure caused the outage, which started at about 11 p.m. Sunday, and the majority of members had their power restored by about 1:30 a.m., KEC spokesperson Erika Neff said.

All power was restored by 3:15 a.m.
