Noon: Three chain saws with a total value around $3,300 were reported stolen from a business located in the 2700 block of North Beck Road in Post Falls.
Tuesday
5 p.m.: Real gold and gold costume jewelry valued around $3,000 was reported stolen from a residence in the 1100 block of North Morning Drive near Post Falls.

Tyler J. A. Guy, 21, Rathdrum: 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended, $200 in fines and one year probation for battery.
Richard J. L. Hepler, 37, Coeur d'Alene: 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended, $100 in fines, $300 restitution and two years probation for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.
James J. Bolt, 28, Post Falls: 60 days in jail with credit for time served and work release for probation violation.
Patrick R. Budic, 31, Post Falls: 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended, $300 in fines and two years probation for invalid driver's license and inattentive driving.
Heather J. Abraham, 31, Coeur d'Alene: 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended, $850 in fines, driver's license suspended for 90 days and two years probation for driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.

Brice A. Bray, 21, Coeur d'Alene: Two years determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended and three years probation for delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Kevin G. Self, 37, Post Falls: Two years determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended, $280 in fines, 100 hours community service and three years probation for solicitation to commit burglary.
