Musician seeks to raise money for Bonner Community Food Bank
Community members are invited to watch Camden Morris, a Nashville-based musician, perform at the Blue Heron Cafe on Saturday, Aug. 8 from 6 to 9pm. Although the event is free, a suggested donation will be available at the door, with all proceeds going toward the Bonner Community Food Bank.
Group seeks to recall Ruehle, Grimm
Sandpoint residents have taken the first step in an effort to recall Sandpoint Mayor Jeremy Grimm and Sandpoint council president Deb Ruehle over a controversial decision to implement paid parking in downtown Sandpoint. Certified petitioners were advised Friday, July 24, that they could begin efforts to recall Grimm and Ruehle from their elected positions within the city, according to a letter approved by Bonner County Clerk Michael Rosedale.
