'Shrek the Musical' opens today at Christian Center School

One oversized ear jutted from the top of Brandon Goold's bald-capped head as he sat in a chair, eyes closed while makeup artists brushed green onto his cheeks and large prosthetic nose. It takes at least two hours for the high school senior to be transformed into the cantankerous main character of "Shrek the Musical," which opens at 10:30 this morning on the Christian Center School stage.
