New mayor, new comp plan for Spirit Lake
No new development can take place until sewer moratorium is lifted
The Spirit Lake City Council approved the city’s updated comprehensive plan with a 3-1 vote on Tuesday night after the matter was tabled last month. Councilor Charlene Phipps, who was sworn in as Mayor later in the meeting, cast the only dissenting vote.
