'Shrek the Musical' stomps onto Kroc stage April 24

It's hard to believe the beloved ogre Shrek first stomped his way around Duloc 25 years ago. The wildly popular animated film, "Shrek," was released in 2001 and became an instant hit with kids and adults alike. The "Shrek" franchise went on to create several follow-up films, as well as the award-winning Broadway sensation, "Shrek the Musical," coming to the Midge and Pepper Smock Family Theatre at 7:30 p.m. April 24 via Aspire.
