More residents in southern Bonner County have been ordered to evacuate due to the growing Sunset Fire northeast of Athol.

Sunset Fire grows to 1,400 acres overnight; new evacuation orders issued
Evacuations are remaining in place Thursday for the Sunset Fire northeast of Athol, which thermal imaging now shows to be at about 1,400 acres, according to the latest update from Idaho Department of Lands.
