River City Market and Music returns for its fourth year this summer. The series is run by Post Falls Chamber at the Landings by Falls Park. Because of the suspension of parking at Falls Park during the Avista dam construction, the chamber is working with the city and local businesses to provide additional parking spaces and a shuttle.
