The Coeur d'Alene High Trap and Skeet Team placed second at the 2023 Idaho State Youth Shooting Championships on May 19-20 in Burley. CHS also took home the second-place high overall average trophy, and several individual awards, including: Senior ladies sSkeet, Claire Pestarino third place; intermediate ladies skeet, Abrie Sterbank second place; senior men's trap, Joe Pestarino second place; intermediate men's trap, Harrison Hunter third place; and intermediate ladies trap, Kiley Durham third place.
