The long overdue playground in the Meadow Grove neighborhood was never finished properly and has been left in unsafe condition, residents said.

Meadow Grove residents say they paid dues, didn't get HOA service
Meadow Grove neighborhood residents have been paying HOA dues since signing on the dotted line. Now left with a park in disrepair they have been unsuccessful in getting help from the Meadow Grove Homeowners Association agent, Matt Afana.
