LISA JAMES/Press Darrell Turner of Ginno Construction stands in the entryway of the back of Coeur d’Alene’s City Hall as he talks about the current renovations underway. Changes on the lower level will include an expanded and more open lobby from the back parking lot, as well as an elevator from the new lobby. So far Turner says they have mostly been knocking down walls to open up the space which was divided by small rooms and offices.
