LISA JAMES/Press LB Martin of Ginno Construction walks toward Coeur d’Alene City Hall while doing work on Monday. City Hall is under renovation for the next few months. Changes are underway on the lower level and will include an expanded and more open lobby on the back side, as well as an elevator from the new lobby.
