<p>Lake City High School squad plays Rocky Mountain for the 5A Championship trophy on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2016 at Coeur d'Alene High School. The Timberwolves drew first blood on Lily Scott's goal in the 19th minute; however, the grizzles answered with a goal of their own in the 49th minute courtesy of AJ Reed to even the game and force overtime. In a climactic shootout Chloe Teets scored the winning goal in penalty kicks for Lake City to defeat Rocky Mountain.</p>
