<p>North Idaho College Security Officer Stuart Wagner uses caution tape to set up a perimeter around an area behind the Children's Center on North Idaho College's campus, where a tree was felled by strong winds on Tuesday. The Children's Center was evacuated before the tree fell, and the rest of campus was closed beginning at 4 p.m.</p>
