<p>Brian Richard Carter of Pendleton, Ore. manages to hold on to the bull Hall Pass for the golden eight seconds Thursday at the Xtreme Bull rodeo show at the North Idaho Fair and Rodeo. The Fair continues through Sunday at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds.</p>
