OPINION: Just like everyone else, Idaho’s Attorney General must comply with the law
Three years ago, I joined five other former Idaho Attorneys General in describing that important position as “the …
REGAN: Society's sad commentary
This whole “racist remark” debacle is a sad example of what is going wrong in our country. Are we really going to sacrifice a decent, hard working, caring man for doing nothing more than pointing out the obvious? T…
REGAN: Call for an investigation
Thanks to your trustee Regan, racism is once again, alive and well in Cd’A, Idaho. In front of 100 people and legislators he made a comment about gun control and said that people could not figure out what an assaul…
REGAN: Apology demeaned him
I am appalled at the absurd reaction to Mr. Regan’s remark. It is amazing how fast the extreme left wing anti-constitutional Human Rights Task Force springs into action.
BLOGS: Short on civility at cdapress
For several years I have been posting on the Press’s online newspaper (blog). Many post there anonymously. Over the years I have watched as the posts, particularly the anonymous ones, have grown increasingly uncivi…
REMARK: Bad taste, not racist
Fortunately, I was present at the Post Falls American Legion at our Legislative Town Hall meeting, on Saturday, 26 January. I witnessed Brent Reagen’s now famous “Just like Obama, black and scary” quote.
LABRADOR: Right about immigration
I read with dismay the letter from Carolyn Cooke in Wednesday’s letters column. I feel she is totally wrong in her views.

REMARK: View from 'other side'
Tony Stewart, secretary for the human relations task force, is not happy with the apology given by Brent Regan, about a comment his wife made. Curious how when the other side makes a mistake an apology is never eno…
MILITIA: Who should lead us?
J.D. Gaines says in his letter to the editor on 1/27/2013 that in his opinion I am wrong when I stated that the Constitution of the United States requires that citizens belong to a “well-regulated militia” in order…
SCAM: Almost caught in a bad net
The Jan. 29 Press article re: the “bail money” scam is exactly my experience.
REGAN: You have a big job to do
To Brent Regan:
EGAN: No harm, no foul
After reading what Brent Regan’s WIFE said, “President Obama is black and dangerous” we cannot see that there is anything, whatsoever, wrong with the statement. It is true and wasn’t denigrating to the President or…
REGAN: Remark wasn't racist
I am really getting sick and tired of certain individuals and groups turning almost every negative comment about Obama into something “racist.” If you don‘t agree with what he and his administration are spouting yo…
REGAN: Response an over-reaction
Heavens to Betsy, the sky is falling! Someone dared to make a joke that wasn’t approved by the thought and public relations police. Maybe there should be a grand inquisition, why not criminal charges, and certainly…
