TRUMP: Fixation on his predecessor

According to Reuters News Services, Donald Trump has invoked Joe Biden’s name 900 times in the last 608 days.

His obsession with Biden is shared by many of his supporters, especially now that motor fuels prices have escalated sharply.

 Diesel fuel is hitting $8 per gallon in some areas, and gas is near $5.

Trump has said “gas was over $5/gallon under Biden” which lacks context, but many believe it simply because they hate Biden. The reality is that under Joe Biden, gasoline was $5 for 3-4 weeks as we came out of the pandemic, June of ’22.

Part of the deception of the Trump camp is to take events from a very small period of time and apply that to the entire four years of the Biden presidency. Another part of that deception is that the lie must be repeated endlessly, and I think 900 times qualifies as endless, considering Biden isn’t even running for office.

The constant attack on a former president is hyper-fixative, and it is indicative of a president who can neither lie nor tell the truth about a situation he alone has created, which is the devastating war in Iran, which the U.S. is losing very badly. News and photos released last weekend reveal that the pentagon has concealed the real damage done to U.S. bases and the casualties associated with it.

But by constantly repeating Biden’s name, he hopes to distract enough people away from what this president is actually doing to our country.
