Parade of Homes continues this weekend
The North Idaho Building Contractors Association welcomes the public to tour 20 properties across Kootenai and Bonner counties during the 49th annual Parade of Homes. The tours started last weekend and continue this weekend.
"The parade is a fantastic way for the public to see a variety of homes built by NIBCA members in many different price points, sizes, styles and locations," said NIBCA President Jessica Cargile.
The Parade of Homes has become an annual tradition that celebrates the work of local builders, contractors and architects while giving prospective homeowners design inspiration.
Visitors can find home addresses on the NIBCA Parade of Homes app. A printed map is available in the 2026 Parade of Homes magazine.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $10 and can be purchased through the app, online or at any participating home.
Visitors who purchase physical tickets may vote for the People's Choice Award. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit NIBCA.com.
