Alison Lawhead and Chad Baker are the newest additions to the Schneidmiller Realty team at 1924 Northwest Blvd in Coeur d'Alene. 

Lawhead has a strong background in real estate, land development, and infrastructure. She is a natural problem solver who isn't easily intimidated by complex deals and thrives as a trusted advisor and honest guide for her clients. 

Baker has an elite hospitality background, having worked at Gozzer Ranch and having hands-on experience in home rehabs and raw land development. He has a well-rounded expertise across all facets of North Idaho real estate, specializing in vacant land and farm and ranch properties.
