VOTE: Aaron Hayes for state representative

When selecting a candidate, I choose someone who returns a phone call or replies to an email. Too many politicians do not. Many politicians think winning the Republican primary in our super majority state, guarantees their election. Candidates intentionally stop campaigning. Even if you do not know them or if they will address your concerns. Do we want officials that lack public concern?

Someone who speaks to me gets my vote. Someone who understands that if two college graduates can’t afford to buy a house, no one else can either. My candidate would know healthcare and food costs matter to Idahoans. A good candidate knows community service funding is too low to hire the staff needed to do the job. When we do hire firemen, policemen, or teachers the pay is so low, some leave for higher wages across the state line. Candidates that understand the issues talk to voters. They take the time and energy to know voters and to understand their concerns cross party lines. Aaron Hayes is that kind of candidate.  

I have had the opportunity to work with and speak to Aaron Hayes on several occasions. Through his actions, I have found him to be thoughtful, trustworthy and reliable. As a long time resident of Kootenai County, Aaron understands the problems citizens face. He volunteers to help out when he can. Character and integrity are important to Aaron. He strives to learn about  issues. He listens. Aaron wants to represent citizens because our current elected officials do not seem to care. Aaron believes Kootenai County deserves better. Aaron has my vote. Cast your vote for Aaron Hayes (D) Representative 4B.
