Spokane Valley-based Numerica Credit Union and SELCO Community Credit Union, headquartered in Springfield, Oregon, have announced plans to merge.
According to an Oct. 28 press release, the combined organization will become the second-largest Oregon-chartered credit union, with nearly $8 billion in assets.
Numerica has 23 offices across Washington and North Idaho. After the merger, the combined credit union would serve more than 325,000 members and operate 38 branch locations.
Numerica’s Spokane Valley headquarters will become the combined credit union’s secondary headquarters and will be led by CEO Carla Cicero.
The merger is expected to be completed by early 2028.
