OLIVERA: Bare butts in public aren’t funny

To D.F. Oliveria: After spending too many years watching homeless dudes dropping their pants and peeling and pooping in public on Spokane’s streets, I find little humor in Thong Man’s antics. Parading his bare backside  in public to every man, woman and child at the  beach to me seems disrespectful and rude. Even today I feel some things are better left in private and that includes bare butts and pooping!
