Motorcyclist injured in Post Falls crash

POST FALLS — A motorcycle crash took place at 5:44 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of State Highway 41 and Mullan Avenue in Post Falls, according to a news release from Idaho State Police.

A woman on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle was turning onto northbound State Highway 41 from eastbound Mullan Avenue when the rider lost control and fell from the motorcycle.

The motorcyclist is a 46-year-old woman from Post Falls. She was transported to the hospital by ambulance. 

The accident blocked Northbound traffic on State Highway 41 for about two hours while emergency responders worked to assist the rider and clear the scene.

This incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
