Ribbon-cutting slated at state parks

The Idaho State Parks and Recreation Department has scheduled several ribbon-cutting to mark completions of significant projects.

They include:

Grand opening of a new kiosk and entrance station at the Lionhead Unit in Priest Lake State Park. Tuesday, May 19, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Grand opening of the new Peterson Campground at Farragut State Park. Wednesday, May 20, 3 to 5 p.m.

Grand opening of the new treehouses built by Nelson Treehouse at the Round Lake State Park, Wednesday, May 20, 10 a.m. to noon.


Grand opening of Kokanee Cove at Ponderosa State Park, McCall. Tuesday, June 2, 3 p.m.

Grand opening of the newly Chatcolet Marina at Heyburn State Park. Chatcolet Marina, Heyburn State Park, Thursday, May 21, 1 to 3 p.m.
