Museum celebrates America250 with veteran exhibit

POST FALLS — Opening day at the Post Falls Museum is today.

This year, the museum is also hosting a new exhibit in honor of Post Falls veterans with donated mementos as part of the America250 celebration.

Join the Post Falls Historical Society in the Chapin Building from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 101 E. Fourth Ave.

A grand opening celebration is also planned between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on May 16 with light refreshments.

Get involved in local history with a walk through the Post Falls Museum and learn more about the building and the historical society, a press release said.
