TRAW: Dear Republican voters

| May 8, 2026 1:00 AM

I’m writing to strongly encourage your support for Lauren Traw as Precinct Committeeman for Precinct 303 on the May 19 ballot.

I’ve had the opportunity to see Lauren’s leadership firsthand during her time leading the CDA Chamber Public Policy Committee. She brings a rare combination of thoughtful inquiry, genuine listening, and the ability to bring people together to find practical, conservative solutions. Those are exactly the qualities we need representing us on the Kootenai County Republican Central Committee.

Lauren is a lifelong Kootenai County resident who understands our community and shares our values — limited government, individual liberty, and fiscal responsibility. She comes from a family deeply rooted in service, and she carries that same commitment forward in both her professional and civic life. As vice president of the Knudtsen Chevrolet Group, she has proven herself as a capable, results-driven leader.

Her educational background — including studies in law, public policy, and organizational leadership — gives her the tools to navigate complex issues and advocate effectively for her precinct. More importantly, Lauren is grounded in service. She’s not seeking this role for recognition, but because she cares about strengthening our party and representing her neighbors with integrity.

Lauren Traw will listen, collaborate, and work hard on your behalf. She is exactly the kind of principled, capable leader we need at the precinct level.

I hope you’ll join me in supporting Lauren Traw for Precinct Committeeman. You can vote early at the Kootenai County Elections Office or in person on May 19 at Garwood Elementary School.
