Florence Andrea Mellon, 52

On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., Florence Andrea Mellon of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, rode a white horse to heaven. Flo was born Sept. 23, 1973, in Republic, Wash., to Laverne Purser and Richard Mellon. 

She is survived by her two children, Tyler Anderson and Talia Williams, whom she loved dearly; four grandchildren, Miles, Jasmin, Abigail and Jacob; her sister, Leslie Herman-Marchand; her niece and nephews, Ava, Cheldon and Quannah. She is preceded in death by her father, Richard, grandmother Agnes and others whom she loved. 

Flo enjoyed spending quality time with friends and family, laughing and cracking jokes, traveling to exciting places and developing her career as a business owner. 

A celebration of life will be held at The Rose Creek Longhouse (160 S. Mitch Michael Drive, Worley, ID 83876) on July 8 at 11 a.m. 

Our family extends a special thank you to the Suquamish Tribe for covering the majority of the funeral expenses. Thank you to all who donated funds as well.
