FWSA: Thanks to Souza, judges, others

It is highly commendable that the Fairness in Women’s Sports Act, sponsored by Rep. Barbara Ehardt, was passed by the Idaho legislature and signed by Gov. Little. Thank you to Mary Souza for being one of the supporters, and the six SCOTUS justices for upholding the law. Also, it is equally regrettable that such a law had to be passed in the first place. Mary Souza being a trained nurse, and I as a medical doctor, know perfectly well that there are definite biological differences between males and females. Males, on average, have substantial physical advantages over females in both strength and endurance.

To what lengths and depths will the cultish and atheistic postmodernism ideology reach? Before Congress, the Dean of the School of Medicine at UCLA, where I went to medical school, couldn’t answer the following question, “can someone have a uterus but not be a woman?” Intelligent and well-educated medical professionals, and especially in leadership positions, have bought into the preposterous notion that anyone can identify as being of the opposite sex with a mere declaration. No scientific evidence is required by the adherents of this ideology. This leads me to a foreboding impression that the field of medicine, along with the rest of western society, has entered into a dark chasm.
