PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Silver Valley Fire Rescue will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 15, at 5:00 p.m. at Station #1, at 911 Bunker Avenue, Kellogg, Idaho. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss proposed adjustments to the fire district boundaries. During a recent review of district boundary maps,it was discovered that several properties located along the edge of the district are only partially within the current fire district boundaries, with portions of those properties lying outside the district. In accordance with guidance from the Idaho State Tax Commission, Silver Valley Fire Rescue is proposing boundary adjustments to ensure these affected properties are entirely included within the fire district boundaries. These adjustments are intended to eliminate split parcels and provide consistent district boundaries for taxation and emergency service purposes. Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing, ask questions, and provide comments regarding the proposed boundary adjustments. If you need special assistance or seating please contact the Fire Department 48 hours in advance at 208-784-1188. SHO#5438 AD#51922 July 7, 14, 2026 _________________________
