NOISE: 7:15 too early for street cleaning

I’m an early riser but not everyone is. I couldn’t believe it when a street cleaner was going up and down our street at 7:15 in the morning. Those trucks are loud (talk about noise pollution). I wonder how many people got woken up who normally don’t get up until 9 or so?

I realize the city of Post Falls can start making noise at 6 a.m. if they want to, based on the city ordinances regarding noise but, really?
