GOOKIN: Thanks for Sherman workshop

Kudos to Mayor Gookin for holding a workshop on the very serious intentional traffic noise problem in downtown Coeur d’Alene. EXTRA KUDOS for including a hard and overdue look at OPENING Sherman Ave to pedestrians. Allowing businesses to use the entire sidewalk and perhaps the parking lanes, and people only to use the street while leaving the middle lane for EMS is long overdue — bringing many benefits to our beautiful city.
