Boat shows this weekend

Two boat shows will be going on this weekend.

The Coeur d’Alene Boat Expo opens today at the Hagadone Marine Center. The 10-day event offers free admission and features some of the industry’s top boat brands. 

The Coeur d'Alene Boat Expo runs through Feb. 7, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. The Hagdone Marine Center is at 1000 S. Marina Drive.

The 72nd annual Spokane Boat Show opens today at the Spokane Fair and Expo Center, 404 N. Havana St.. The four-day event features the latest in boats and boat accessories from dealers around the Inland Northwest. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. today through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

Some local area dealers exhibiting products and services include Knottical Marine, Mark's Marine, Midway Marine, Professional Marine, Tobler Marina, Specialty Recreation and Marine, and Marine Rescue CDA.

Hayden's Adam Wheeler, Masters Skimstyle World Champion, is a guest speaker. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth ages 13-17. Kids 12 and under are free.
