CEMETERY: Coeur Terre solution?

The perfect spot and a likely ‘unwilling’ seller that can afford to take their purchase cost for the raw land and walk away: 600 acres west of Huetter, north of I-90, the ‘remainder’ of Coeur Terre. If it changed to a Veterans Cemetery would mitigate the huge impact of the 440-acre, over-dense, traffic bound portion already approved east of Huetter.

Give Lakeside Development a choice: NEVER any annexation into any town (Post Falls or Coeur d’Alene) for that acreage, so build one home per 5 acres or sell it for a cemetery for veterans — or maybe a combination: 1/3 cemetery for all folks, 2/3 for vets?
