CONSTITUTION: Will it survive Donald Trump?

Well folks, it has now been laid out for all to see: Neo-Caligula — The Donald — has declared to the New York Times question (Are there any limits on his global powers?) his answer: only one thing — “my own morality, ... my own mind ...”

He added “I don’t need international law (ie. I don’t need no stinking badges!).

And as we can see from his activity at home, he could care less about the US Constitution, of which he and his team know very little about. How about that habeas corpus quiz for instance?

Rome did not have the Constitution when it devolved from a Republic into a Tyranny.  

Question: Can the US Constitution withstand The Donald’s assault?
