IMPERIALISM: A dangerous shift in America

I am saddened and angry at the continued steps toward imperialism that our great democracy has recently taken. I never could have imagined the unimpeded, senseless shift away from free speech, personal freedom, to a stated vision of a United States superpower that threatens to assert its military might to conquer the Western Hemisphere.

Shades of another 1930’s power grab in another hemisphere which resulted in the senseless deaths of millions of people perpetrated by a few deluded, power-hungry individuals.
