DEMOCRACY: Jan. 6 not the greatest threat

Fascism? Democracy? So many use these words without knowing what they mean. Jan. 6 was bad for many reasons. Trump, Pelosi, rigged election, misbehavior on the part of many demonstrators and police. What is the whole truth? We will probably never know. Did Trump encourage violence or push for calm? Did Pelosi purposely deny more protection? Was the FBI present undercover? Was Ashli Babbitt shot in the back for good reason? Was the 2020 election rigged, justifying the demonstration? I wasn’t there and sadly I have very little faith in the media to be fair. Did Trump call for a “peaceful” demonstration? Answer seems, yes, he did. Could he have stepped up quickly and stopped the aggression? Yes. Did Pelosi deny more police? Yes. The FBI? Seems they were present in large numbers, undercover, doing nothing. Ashli Babbitt? If she had been a person of color a different narrative entirely. Election fraud justifying the demonstration? Many facts have come out showing possibly most corrupt election in my lifetime. As far as Jan. 6 being the greatest threat to democracy, it does not come close to career politicians who will do anything to retain power. Term limits would help limit that corruption.
