CITYLINK: Transit valuable for our community

Thank you, Evelyn Adams, for explaining rapid transit to our commissioners. Maybe we could even support decent bus shelters for users. 

Citylink is a valuable and increasingly critical asset to Kootenai County. Disabled, elderly, youth, non-drivers and non-car owners need an affordable way to get around our area. Uber is costly and does not reduce our traffic or pollution. Widening Highway 90 and modifying the 95 only flow drivers at a faster and higher rate to our already at capacity roadways. We are also filling in our Prairie with hundreds of units a year. People want to live in our beautiful area, so let’s keep it livable and support Citylink to move more people efficiently and safely.
