Marshals arrest Idaho fugitive in Spokane
The U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested an Idaho fugitive on Monday in Spokane.
Christian Harrison Evensizer, 28, was charged with aggravated lewd conduct with a minor under the age of 12, a U.S. Marshals Service press release said. The charges stemmed from an investigation led by the Post Falls Police Department alleging he sexually assaulted the minor.
Evensizer was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Spokane County Jail, where he was detained pending extradition to Idaho.
“The diligent investigative efforts of the Post Falls Police Department and collaboration with our task force and other partners led to the quick apprehension of a dangerous fugitive who was actively evading law enforcement,” said Brent Bunn, United States marshal for the District of Idaho.
