POST FALLS: Mayor should focus on more important matters

Didn’t we have enough with NIC, the libraries and the school boards? Now the mayor of Post Falls wants to have the ability to postulate on moral and religious issues concerning our city. 

I reside in the county but pay taxes on several properties in Post Falls. I would imagine there are plenty of challenges facing our new mayor in a city growing as fast as Post Falls. Let’s leave the moral and religious issues to others more qualified and let him worry about every penny of our tax dollars, planning and zoning and affordable housing. Is he ordained? The arrogance. 

We don’t need our city council meetings cluttered with disputes about issues other than budget and the most effective way to run Post Falls.
