The 6-foot-2, 165-pound junior completed 21 of 25 passes for 448 yards and five touchdowns, and intercepted two passes in the Saints’ season-opening 44-16 win over Lewis County. “Grant has really worked hard this offseason at becoming a student of the game — two of his touchdowns Saturday were actually his calls based off things he was seeing in live time on the field,” coach Kellen Clemens said. “Very excited for him to see results from the work he has put in over the summer.”
