Museum of North Idaho sets Homeschool Day

COEUR d’ALENE — The Museum of North Idaho will host its September Homeschool Day on Sept. 10, giving homeschool students the opportunity to step outside the traditional classroom and explore North Idaho history through engaging, hands-on learning.

North Idaho Long Ago — Students will step back in time to explore what North Idaho was like 100 years ago.

Downtown Coeur d’Alene Walking Tour — Students will take their learning outdoors as they explore downtown Coeur d’Alene and discover the stories behind some of the city’s historic places.

Tickets are $5-$6.

The 11 a.m. session is geared toward grades K–5, while the 2 p.m. session is designed for 6-12.
