TRAFFIC: Drivers a bigger problem than lights

It’s great that the city is adding/updating traffic lights that will make it easier for drivers. The real problem, however, is the drivers! Speeding through yellow and red lights has become a common practice, causing numerous collisions with innocent drivers who obey the traffic signals. One particularly bad intersection for this is Hanley and Atlas. A suggestion: law enforcement should start being a presence at the more abused intersections to deter violators.
