Samuel Arthur Baugh, 42, of Kingston, was arrested and booked for rape.
John Nicholas Ramirez, 46, of Medford, Ore., was arrested and booked for misdemeanor theft of labor/services, misdemeanor driving without privileges out of state, possession of marijuana, use or possession of marijuana and petit theft.
Jesse Arthur Story, 40, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for felony failure to appear.
